Grant proposal work begins with consultation and research, with discussion of funder requirements and relationship-building. Clients have the choice of level of completion for proposals. Schue Consulting offers a range of proposal options from a fully packaged and submitted proposal, including attachments, narrative, and budget documents to first drafts only or capacity-building activities and trainings to assist staff or board members in their own preparation of materials.
Grant management through Schue Consulting involves communication with the project team, executive staff, and the funder. All grant components will be monitored, including personnel, proposed and actual budgets, goals and objectives, and evaluation/impact of project work. With an eye for changes in funding or revised budgets, changes in project scope, and requirements of funders, project status will be monitored and communicated through required reports and necessary updates.
Final report submissions will be completed through consultation with a project director or team, including evaluation, final narrative, final budgets, cost share, outcomes, final products, and other needed components.
